The Parts Sales Specialist will support the commercial development for Transactional Flow Parts Proposals in the ITO Phase working in partnership with the Commercial Team. This role will support all parts quoting needs for the LATAM region related to Transactional and Extra Work opportunities.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze customer commercial requirements and specifications based on customer RFQs.
  • Develop replacement part(s) quotation for Gas/Steam/Gen with emphasis on proposal quality analyzing cost price & cycle and ensuring that customer bid requirements are met
  • Ensure that Deal Guidance Tool is generated for all applicable deals to develop pricing strategy based on deal dynamics and in accordance with Pricing DOA
  • Work side by side with Parts Sales Managers Quote Administrators Parts Fulfillment Engineering and Sourcing to generate and execute on time delivery of parts proposals and offer the most competitive Commercial and Technical solution to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Attend and lead internal meetings as needed to review and resolve any potential issues or risk related to parts proposals with functional stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring that all parts opportunities are accurately captured and updated in SFDC/NEX to support regular pipeline reviews and R Process (Risk Review) is followed according to Policy 5.0
  • Partner with OTR parts execution team to ensure that customer POs are converted accurately and executed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1 to 2 years of additional of experiences in Commercial/Sales Support functions Parts Operations Fulfillment or Business Intelligence
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
