Sales Development Advisor
Job Summary
- As an Sales Development Advisor you are the primary contact point for customers and prospects from the Singapore country. Together with your Branch Manager Business Development Manager and colleagues you ensure a further expansion of the customer portfolio in Singapore.
- You create offers and orders and follow these up actively to gather information such as products market price competition economic situation etc.. And sharing it with your managers pricing etc..
- You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up also in consultation with the quality team/ Managers.
- You collaborate closely with the colleagues within your team and other departments.
- Manage customer onboarding journey for first time orders from incoming leads and prospects to ensure a professional and high-impact onboarding experience.
- Taking full responsibility for assigned account follow up to discuss the TVH product and customers needs.
- Proactive reach out to follow up with and develop customers targeted by specific insights propensity to buy or propensity to growth signals and convert into sales opportunities.
- Guiding and educating customers on the e-commerce platform to ensure they can navigate and utilize the system effectively and autonomously.
- Gathering information on product pricing competitor movements and regional economic situations and systematically passing these insights to Pricing and the Team Leader.
- Acting as back-up for the colleagues (if required)
