Job Summary

As a Project Controls Administrator you will be on-site role responsible for supporting the Turnaround/Project Manager in delivering effective project controls across the full project lifecycle. This position plays a hands-on role in cost control scheduling change management and reporting ensuring the project team has accurate timely information to make sound decisions and maintain project performance

What would you be doing

  • Monitor and control project costs including labour materials equipment and subcontractors ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Review and process invoices timesheets and vendor billings to maintain accurate cost capture
  • Analyze project performance (cost and productivity) and provide regular reports to the project team
  • Maintain and update project schedules tracking progress risks and critical path impacts
  • Support short-term planning with look-aheads and collaborate with field teams on execution
  • Track and manage project changes ensuring impacts are documented and reflected in cost and schedule forecasts
  • Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and stakeholders while supporting on-site communication and reporting

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in a related field with 1 year of project controls experience (Oil & Gas industrial construction or turnaround preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cost control scheduling change management and productivity analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced site environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work independently collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
