Minimum 4 years experience in project management supporting electronic health-related projects

Minimum 3 years experience in document management including standards version control and storage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement

Description

Responsibilities

• Support expansion of Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) initiative
• Manage onboarding of sites into DHDR platform
• Manage project issues risks and service change requests
• Ensure deployment timelines and project deliverables are met
• Coordinate client engagement and stakeholder communication
• Manage site contracts training and troubleshooting activities
• Develop and maintain project schedules and deployment plans
• Deliver regular reporting tracking and progress updates
• Support go-live planning and execution for clinical sites
• Ensure service management documentation and warranty support

General Skills

• Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables
• Knowledge of project management concepts including scope risk and quality
• Experience working with healthcare systems and stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize deadlines
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and MS Teams

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare workflows including pharmacy and hospital systems
• Experience working with clinical or health data systems
• Experience working with healthcare professionals
