Construction Project Manager

• Project Oversight: Responsible for the overall construction of a $3 billion project. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SOPC) for all construction-related issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the consultants site team including Construction Project Managers Schedule Managers Risk Managers and Cost Managers. Oversee multiple General Contractors (GC) and Construction Managers (CM) working concurrently.
• Interface Management: Ensure strong interface management between all stakeholders including clients consultants contractors and internal teams.
• Project Delivery: Ensure the project is delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and issues effectively implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations standards and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the project.

Qualifications :

• Education  Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:  10 - 20 years of proven experience preferably in capital project manufacturing or large-scale construction projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP CCM or equivalent are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in capital project manufacturing. Familiarity with large-scale construction projects. Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to be on-site (London area) 4 days a week.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $110000.00 - $140000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
