Must haves:

• Minimum 4 years experience with project management experience supporting electronic health-related projects
  
• Minimum 2-4 years experience knowledge of healthcare information systems pharmacy management systems and / or hospital information systems
  
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written and strong stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards version-control and storage.
  
• Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals risk scope participant roles planning and quality management)
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and strong stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Time management with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
  

Responsibilities:

The Junior Project Managers will be responsible for onboarding sites to the Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) repository including management of issues risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time deployment of clients.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of project management; knowledge and understanding of Project Managements Institutes Project Management Body is an asset
  
• Experience working on and delivering multiple projects
  
• Demonstrated project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project MS Teams etc.
  
• College/University undergraduate degree in Health Computer Science Engineering Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience desired
  

Evaluation Criteria:
