Inviting applications for the role of Manager / Assistant Manager People Development Austria
Role Purpose
Manage operational delivery of People Development programs across Austria. Own scheduling administration and vendor coordination for leadership programs mandatory trainings language offerings and apprenticeship activities while ensuring compliance and high participant experience.
Responsibilities
Administration: Schedule leadership program classes AMS conferences and ONE initiative rollouts; manage registrations instructor coordination and post processing in LMS. Add/manage courses and classes in LMS
and Events: Coordinate hotel bookings meeting rooms and participant communications; manage invoices and ARIBA procurement for events.
Trainings and Professional Skills: Plan and coordinate annual mandatory trainings; set up classes in LMS and manage trainer engagement.
Coordination: Maintain apprentice training plans in LMS; register internal apprentice trainers at WKO and prepare funding applications.
and Budget Control: Produce LMS and audit reporting; manage e learning billing processes and cost calculations with Finance.
Management and ServiceNow Key User: Maintain ServiceNow articles and SharePoint resources; act as ServiceNow key user for People Development.
Management: Supervise Senior Associates and Associates; allocate work by complexity and ensure quality control.
Systems Used LMS; Articulate 360; Vyond; Adobe Creative Cloud; Canva ServiceNow; SharePoint; M365; ARIBA; ServiceNow; Reporting Centre; Excel
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Operations Management L&D program management or People Development operations experience or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong LMS administration eLearning development vendor coordination and budget handling skills
Expertise in global People Development and compliance.
Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven track record in process automation and optimization.
Familiarity with enterprise service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is essential for this role.
Certifications in HR management or HR operations.
