Job Summary
Job Description: Help Desk Agent at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone email or chat
- Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up their workstations and software
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common software applications
Desired Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
