Job Summary

Job Description: Help Desk Agent at Extract Wellness

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone email or chat
  • Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up their workstations and software

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with common software applications

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
