Job Summary
An established Business Development Manager (Cold Storage) role focused on driving sustainable financial growth through increasing sales identifying and developing new business opportunities and building strong long-term client relationships.
The position involves developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies across cold storage shipping and retail outlet operations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends client needs and opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across all time horizons
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts in line with company policies
- Provide accurate sales reporting to support planning and decision-making
- Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing or related field
- 7 years experience in sales business development or marketing roles
- Strong business development and sales track record
- Experience in cold storage shipping or related industries
