The University Recruiter at Jabil supports the execution of campus and earlycareer recruiting programs to attract and hire top student and entrylevel talent. This role partners closely with senior recruiters hiring managers and university stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience and build earlycareer talent pipelines across Jabils organization.
This position is ideal for a recruiter with a solid foundation in fullcycle recruiting who is looking to grow their expertise in university and earlycareer hiring within a global fastpaced environment.

Location:
This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg FL Corporate Headquarters with the ability and willingness to travel to multiple campuses and recruiting events as needed locally & all throughout the United States (up to 25%).

The Jabil Global Talent Acquisition team is a team of accomplished recruiting professionals that are deeply connected to our business supporting our hiring needs both current and future. We need resourceful and creative individual to join our team to accomplish our goals.
In your role you will...
Support and execute Jabils university and earlycareer recruiting activities across assigned schools and programs
Manage fullcycle recruiting for interns coops and entrylevel roles including sourcing screening interviewing coordination and offer support
Assist with planning and execution of campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs information sessions and networking events
Build and maintain relationships with career centers student organizations and university contacts
Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements coordinate interviews and provide regular recruiting updates
Support internship and earlycareer programs including onboarding coordination and intern conversion efforts
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Contribute to employer branding efforts by representing Jabil on campus and through digital recruiting platforms
Ensure a positive consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Comply with employment laws university recruiting guidelines and Jabils hiring policies
How Will You Get Here
Education:
Bachelors degree required; Human Resources Business Communications Engineering or a related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum of at least 2 years of recruiting experience with some exposure to university earlycareer or highvolume hiring
Experience supporting fullcycle recruiting processes
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) CRM tools and recruiting analytics
Or an equivalent combination of education experience and/or training
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
