Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and receipt money received
- Post New and Used Car Deals in Accounting
- Calculate and Commission Deals
- Post Funding/EFT
- Post Internal Repair Orders
- Reconcile Schedules on a Daily Basis
- Cut Checks and Pay-Off Vehicles
- Update Delivery Log and Contracts in Transit Daily
- All functions relating to automotive license and title processing
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling process
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- A professional appearance
- Dealership Experience Preferred
- Must be organized and detail orientated; have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
