Business Development Research Associate
Location: ONSITE Reston VA
TheBusiness Development Research Associateis a growth-focused member of the Business Development team assisting with market research and business capture.This role provides hands-on support for business development and capture activities. You will attend industry events research opportunities update and keep current BD tracking tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify new opportunities across target federal agencies
- Monitor GovWin and other opportunity sources
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene (updates within 24 hours)
- Attend industry events and capture new leads
- Execute persistent follow-up on all contacts
- Prepare meeting materials briefings and opportunity summaries
- Support proposal development and other Growth initiatives as assigned

Related Experience:
- Research and identify new opportunities across target federal agencies
- Monitor GovWin and other opportunity sources
- Perform opportunity research to help determine strategic fit and priority
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene (updates within 24 hours)
- Attend industry events and support BD staff in identifying and documenting new opportunities
- Perform outreach and follow-up on opportunity contacts to schedule calls and meetings
- Support proposal development and other Growth initiatives as assigned
