Job Summary
VACANCY: CREDITORS CLERK Location: Springs
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Creditors Clerk to join our team in Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing creditor accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Invoice processing
-
Creditors reconciliations
-
Payment preparation
-
Query resolution with suppliers
-
Record maintenance and filing
-
Reporting on creditor accounts
-
Ad hoc duties cashier & cash office (full training will be provided)
Minimum Requirements:
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
-
Experience working on Pastel (Sage Pastel) is essential
-
Good communication and organisational skills
-
Previous experience in a similar role will be required
