Were excited to recruit internally for the placement of our Executive Manager Aftermarket Solutions. This is a permanent full time opportunity.

What youll be doing:

• Leadership & Direction Communicate and execute the functions strategy aligned to the organisations mission vision and values motivating teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Build and Execute Short Medium and Long-Term customer and parts commodity focused marketing strategies aligned to the aftermarket growth strategy.
• Own and drive key commercial outcomes - Including revenue gross profit market share (POPS) customer loyalty and related Caterpillar metrics.
• Market and Product - Lead market segmentation pricing positioning competitive analysis and tactical initiatives across Parts Service and Components.
• Process and Execution - Enable endtoend delivery of marketing offers solutions.
• Budget Management Develop manage and monitor departmental budgets.
• Capability Building Assess team capability identify development needs and coach and mentor staff to strengthen organisational talent.

What youll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in:

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a complex environment and across multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
• Proven experience in customerfocused marketing strategy execution and commercial delivery for Parts Service and Components.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen including analysis reporting and performance management.
• Experience in business planning budgeting and delivery of commercial outcomes
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
• Strong stakeholder collaboration engagement communication and influencing skills
• Demonstrated capability in developing coaching and motivating people
