Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Manager for our client (Commercial Property Industry) to lead the financial management reporting compliance and control across a diversified Group.
The successful candidate will operate in an oversight and governance-focused role ensuring the integrity accuracy and timeliness of financial information across multiple entities including companies and trusts.
Your challenge is to strengthen financial discipline improve reporting standards and support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial insight.
Financial Reporting Lead
Responsible for the preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports across the Group ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance.
Statutory & Compliance Specialist
Compile annual financial statements for companies and trusts oversee tax submissions and ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance.
Audit & Governance Partner - Ensure all reconciliations working papers and financial records are audit-ready. Liaise directly with auditors tax advisers and external professional service providers.
Financial Control & Risk Custodian - Maintain strong financial controls governance frameworks and internal policies to safeguard financial integrity and mitigate risk across the Group.
Leadership & Oversight Role - Supervise finance and administration staff review output quality and ensure alignment with required financial standards and reporting timelines.
Executive Support Partner - Provide financial insight analysis and recommendations to Directors supporting strategic planning and risk identification.

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting Finance or related field
Proven experience in a Financial Manager or similar senior reporting role
Strong background in statutory financial statements and audit processes
Experience preparing annual financial statements for multiple entities
Solid understanding of tax compliance and submissions
Experience working with auditors and external financial stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience using Xero Accounting software
Strong understanding of income tax legislation and company law

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
Leadership and staff supervision capability
Strong financial governance and control mindset
Planning organisation and process improvement ability

Oversight of bookkeeping debtors creditors payroll-related accounting and cashbook processes
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across the Group
Preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports
Audit coordination and financial compliance management
Financial control policy enforcement and governance oversight
Staff supervision and review of finance/admin outputs
Strategic financial support to Directors and Shareholders
