1. CRM Execution & Campaign Support

Execute CRM campaigns across channels (WhatsApp SMS Email)
Coordinate with agencies/tools for campaign deployment
Ensure segmentation accuracy and timely delivery

2. Customer Data Analysis

Analyze customer purchase patterns frequency and behavior
Support creation of dashboards and reports for decision-making
Identify trends and anomalies in customer engagement

3. Research & Insights Support

Assist in consumer surveys feedback collection and market studies
Compile and analyze research data for actionable insights
4. Database Management
Maintain hygiene accuracy and segmentation of customer database
Ensure compliance with data privacy norms
