The position is based in Colombia working on a flex model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provide coordination and guidance to commercial team and all business units in the administration of bids process
Prepare and manage material pricing for each offer stablish relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and execute tenders and is responsible for the legalization of public and private contracts
Application and formalization of guarantees.
Ensure compliance with local policies and legislation
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics Accounting Industrial Engineering or any other related
One or more years of experience in presentation of offers and tenders
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
