Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will assist with daily care needs ensure student safety and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with personal care and daily living activities
- Support student mobility and ensure safety at all times
- Help maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student needs
- Provide supervision and compassionate care throughout the day
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a PCA or in a similar caregiving role (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with children in a school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable patient and caring attitude
