Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Managerto join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $70000 annually plus commission opportunities.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.
• Work Environment: On-site position with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts including some high-net-worth accounts.
• Quote and process new business and renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to support the agencys growth and operational goals.
• Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager (AM); 5 years preferred. Candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered.
• Licenses: Active insurance license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software is preferred. Familiarity with carriers such as Erie and Westfield is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Dependable detail-oriented and strong customer service skills.
• Training: A 2-3 week training period will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
