Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations ensure regulatory compliance and provide leadership to our interdisciplinary care team.

This role is critical in maintaining the quality efficiency and integrity of patient care services while supporting staff development and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow management
• Supervise and support clinical staff including RNs LPNs therapists and aides
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Medicaid and regulatory standards
• Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate patient care planning and case assignments
• Lead onboarding training and performance management initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff physicians and leadership
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement programs

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland (or eligible)
• Minimum of 23 years of home health experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of OASIS Medicare guidelines and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Beltsville MD
