Location: Glenwood Springs Colorado
Pay Rate: $2000 to $2160/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotation and possible call rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Acute Care / Med Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week night-shift contract opportunity in Glenwood Springs Colorado. This role supports an Acute Care/Observation unit caring for Med Surg telemetry orthopedic surgery hybrid cath lab acute illness and chronic illness patients in a growing census environment.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for acute care Med Surg telemetry and observation patients
Assess patient conditions monitor clinical changes and respond promptly to care needs
Support orthopedic post-procedure acute illness and chronic illness patient care
Provide intermediate care support in CCU as needed based on facility requirements
Document patient care accurately using Meditech and collaborate with the care team
Requirements
Active Colorado Registered Nurse License Required
Minimum 3 years of Med Surg RN experience required
Acute Care Med Surg Telemetry or similar RN experience required
BLS/BCLS And ACLS Certifications From American Heart Association Required
Must be available for night shifts weekend rotation holiday coverage possible call rotation and flu vaccination requirements
