Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets KPIs
- Analyses sales reports and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead motivate and inspire the store team to achieve goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Recruit train and develop staff to build a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Oversee stock management including receiving transfers and stock takes
- Manage store administration reporting health and safety compliance requirements
