The Position

Senior Program Manager- RDT Hyderabad

Work Location - Hyderabad

As the Senior Program Manager you are the operational architect of Roche Digital Technologys (RDT) most critical strategic evolution: the transformation of our global external ecosystem and the establishment of the RDT Tech Hub in Hyderabad. You will bridge the gap between high-level executive vision and on-the-ground execution orchestrating a large-scale time-bound initiative that fundamentally redefines how Roche harnesses digital talent.

Operating with significant autonomy you will manage the roadmap rigorous financial tracking and value-realization targets of a unified workforce strategy. This is a legacy-building role designed for a transformative leader capable of driving cultural change and operational excellence across a global multinational matrix.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Hub Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the RDT Hyderabad Tech Hub. Define the multi-year roadmap establish KPIs and ensure the seamless integration of this new capability into the global RDT ecosystem.

  • Ecosystem & Value Optimization: Execute a program strategy that leverages deep market insights to drive cost efficiencies and value creation. You will move the organization toward a more effective digital delivery model by optimizing external partner engagements.

  • Governance & Workforce Policy: Implement a consistent governance framework and Total Workforce Management policies. Ensure RDT functions are aligned with how we attract manage and retain talent in a hybrid global model.

  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for the RDT Leadership Team. Prepare executive-level briefings influence senior decision-makers to remove roadblocks and ensure cross-functional alignment with Finance P&C (HR) Legal and Procurement.

  • Change Leadership: Drive the cultural shift required for a successful transformation. You will guide global teams through the adoption of new operational processes and foster a partnership-first mindset with strategic vendors.

  • Financial & Data Integrity: In partnership with Financial Enterprise Partners oversee the program budget. You will be responsible for the Planned vs. Actual tracking of costs and the synthesis of complex data into actionable insights for the CDTO and leadership.

Key Leadership Competencies and Skills

  • Market Intelligence: Knowledge of the Indian Global Capability Center (GCC) landscape including talent trends vendor ecosystems and operational best practices.

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Proven track record of managing $10M digital transformation portfolios. You are adept at using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage complex cross-functional workstreams.

  • Executive Presence & Influence: Exceptional ability to navigate a complex matrix organization. You can persuade C-suite-level stakeholders and build consensus across disparate global regions.

  • Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to translate operational data into clear P&L impacts. You possess a business-owner mindset regarding budget management and resource allocation.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: A pragmatic approach to troubleshooting large-scale organizational hurdles with the ability to simplify complex information into clear strategic choices.
