As we continue to scale we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and play a key role in our growth journey.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance sales-driven environment and is passionate about building relationships winning new business and driving revenue.
You will take ownership of the full business development cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships within the recruitment space.
What Youll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition across target industries
- Proactively source leads through cold calling LinkedIn email and networking
- Convert warm leads and re-engage existing and dormant clients
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Conduct client meetings understand hiring needs and position recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful placements
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in business development sales or recruitment
(360 or BD-focused)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated resilient and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
