Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for riders and drivers including onboarding issue resolution and escalation management
across voice chat and digital channels. - Identify and understand the needs of riders and drivers to offer effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Document interactions and feedback from riders/drivers to inform service delivery improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably experience as a content creator customer service specialist or in a similar role.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Availability to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays (24/7 Rotational)
- Fluency in English (B1 level and above) and one of the following languages (Native): Swedish Danish Norwegian or Dutch with
excellent writing skills.
