Job Summary
- Excellent English verbal and email communication skills
- Knowledge on BMS system with HVAC control/building automation system
- Knowledge on BMS field sensors equipments and instruments
- DDC FCU & VAV controllers programming knowledge
- DDC panel wiring knowledge and capability to lead Technicians
- Control of VFD Air Handling Unit VAV FCU and its functional knowledge
- Chiller and Chilled Water Pump control knowledge for programming
- 3rd party Integration knowledge Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/MSTP/IP/KNX/OPC Protocols....
- Control and monitoring BMS points and related components
- BMS Networking knowledge
- Graphics online verification and trouble shoot experience
- Preparation of site activities progress reports and on time updates to team lead
- Siemens ABT ABT Pro Desigo X-works Plus Desigo CC programing expertise
Requirements
- Engineering certification on Electrical/HVAC or similar qualifications
- Ideally 5 6 years of relevant experience
- Siemens Desigo X-works Plus Desigo CC ABT and ABT-Pro experience
