Whats the role
Youll play a key leadership role in Regulatory Operations supporting the daytoday delivery of derivatives trade reporting and portfolio reconciliations across global regulatory regimes. This is a handson role where youll guide BAU operations support the team through regulatory complexity and act as a trusted escalation point when issues arise.
Youll oversee reporting quality help manage operational risk and work closely with teams across Compliance Risk Technology and the Front Office to keep things running smoothly. Youll also support change activity from new regulatory requirements to system and control improvements while stepping in for the Senior Manager when needed.
This is a permanent fulltime role based in Sydney with flexibility to support global teams and regulatory timeframes.
What do I need
Youll bring practical experience and a calm deliveryfocused approach to operational leadership with:
Experience leading or supervising teams in an operational or regulatory environment
Handson knowledge of derivatives trade reporting or portfolio reconciliations
Understanding of global regulatory frameworks like ASIC
Confidence managing operational risk controls and issue escalation
Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
