You will be responsible for scaling our workforce-from frontline delivery partners and warehouse staff to category managers and area sales leads.
Key Responsibilities -
High-Volume Hiring: Execute mass recruitment drives for frontline roles (Store Managers Delivery Riders Pickers/Packers) without compromising on quality.

Specialized Sourcing: Headhunt for niche FMCG roles such as Category Management Supply Chain Planning and Procurement.

Vendor Management: Liaise with external manpower agencies for temporary or seasonal staffing spikes (e.g. holiday sales or festive surges).

Field Recruitment: Step out of the office when necessary to conduct on-the-ground hiring at warehouses dark stores or retail outlets.

Metric Tracking: Monitor Time-to-Fill and Cost-per-Hire ensuring the pipeline is always full to combat the high attrition rates typical of the retail sector.
