Were looking for a tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team and support day-to-day operations within our Zoho-powered environment. This is a hands-on onsite opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world experience in IT support and systems management.
Location: Onsite (Lagos) Lekki & Ikorodu axis
Role Type: Internship
Requirements
What Youll Do
- Provide first-level IT support to team members
- Assist in managing and maintaining Zoho applications (CRM Recruit Desk etc.)
- Support user setup access control and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
- Assist with basic data management reporting and system updates
- Document processes and support internal IT operations
What Were Looking For
- Basic understanding of IT systems software and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho Google Workspace or similar platforms (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a team
- Background in IT Computer Science or a related field (or currently studying)
