Your Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Solution and Technical Architect at Associate Director or Director level to join our National team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will take ownership of Salesforce solutions from initial concept through to implementation and continuous improvement. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders ensuring business objectives drive solution design endtoend experience and technical delivery.

You will work alongside leading Salesforce professionals collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in growing KPMGs Technology Enablement service line while choosing how and where you work through our flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Align solution design and endtoend customer experience to defined business objectives.
• Define and own endtoend solutions including technology stack selection and compliance with nonfunctional requirements such as security performance scalability maintainability reliability and usability.
• Develop Salesforce technology roadmaps aligned to client constraints and prioritised outcomes.
• Define implementation features and phases collaborating with Delivery Leads Architects Data Migration Quality Change and Business SMEs to manage scope and timelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on their adoption where appropriate.
• Establish govern and communicate architecture and design principles.
• Identify risks issues and impacts of current and proposed solutions clearly articulating business implications.

Technical Architecture

• Ensure technical solutions are aligned to business objectives and architectural standards.
• Oversee technical delivery to ensure development testing and deployment align with approved designs.
• Make or advise on architectural decisions across performance availability scalability security and data integrity.
• Provide thought leadership in modern engineering practices including DevOps DataOps and testing frameworks.
• Establish and govern development standards and bestpractice delivery approaches.
• Design and manage DevOps processes to support highquality repeatable releases.
• Lead integration architecture design and delivery across enterprise systems.
• Plan and oversee Salesforce data migration activities.

Leadership & Consulting

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Provide coaching feedback and leadership to highperforming teams.
• Collaborate with industry and technology experts on new business opportunities and pursuits.
• Contribute to capability growth innovation and knowledge sharing across the Salesforce practice.

Experience

• Extensive experience delivering Salesforce platform implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated capability as a Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect across endtoend delivery.
• Strong consulting background with experience working in a professional services or Tier 1 consulting environment.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working across large complex programs of work.
• A strong problemsolving mindset curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Passion for using technology to enable meaningful business outcomes

Qualifications :

• Salesforce certifications including but not limited to:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Platform App Builder
  • Application Architect
  • System Architect
• Relevant university degree or industryrecognised qualification.
