Working across high-density developments large-scale residential and complex multi-stage projects the studio takes a holistic approach integrating design documentation and construction delivery to ensure clarity from concept through to completion.

The Working Environment

• Full-time studio-based role
  
• Based in Surfers Paradise
  
• Standard hours: 8:30am 5:00pm
  

The Role

• Lead full end to end project lifecycle delivery including briefing concept documentation and construction
  
• Manage scope budget programme and resourcing
  
• Lead design direction aligned with client vision budget and constraints
  
• Oversee high-quality documentation (DA BA IFC)
  
• Coordinate teams and consultants to deliver clear outcomes
  
• Ensure compliance with NCC standards and regulations
  
• Maintain project quality clarity and efficiency
  
• Mentor and support junior architects and graduates
  
• Foster a collaborative accountable team environment
  
• Manage tendering procurement and contractor selection
  
• Administer contracts and construction phase services
  
• Review RFIs shop drawings variations and claims
  
• Help shape the culture standards and future direction of the practice
  

A Successful Candidate

• Registered Architect (Australia) with local project experience
  
• Strong experience delivering complex residential or mixed-use projects
  
• Confident leading projects independently and managing multiple priorities
  
• Highly detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
  
• Solid understanding of construction methodology detailing and structural coordination
  
• Experience with precast /modular systems highly regarded
  
• Exposure to costing or development-side thinking is a strong advantage
  
• Advanced Revit skills Adobe Suite
  
• Strong communicator: pragmatic clear and solutions-focused
