Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Search Engineer / Sinequa Consultant to support ongoing enterprise search initiatives on a part-time remote basis.
This role involves working on the design development and optimization of enterprise search solutions across large-scale applications and data sources.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise search solutions using the Sinequa platform
- Configure and manage indexing pipelines and data ingestion workflows
- Develop and maintain Sinequa connectors for various enterprise data sources
- Work on search APIs relevance tuning and query optimization
- Support integration of search capabilities across applications and services
- Troubleshoot and optimize search performance and indexing issues
Requirements
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Sinequa (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of enterprise search concepts and architecture
- Experience with search APIs indexing and connectors
- Background in backend development (Java / .NET preferred)
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources
Engagement Details
- Type: Part-time consulting
- Location: Remote
- Effort: 1015 hours per week
- Duration: Ongoing / project-based
Ideal Profile
- Engineers currently working on Sinequa or similar enterprise search platforms
- Open to part-time consulting engagements
- Experience in consulting or enterprise environments is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with other search platforms such as Elasticsearch / Apache Solr
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure)
