Job Summary

Job Description:

Strong experience in SAP HCM with expertise in Indian Payroll configuration and support
Hands-on experience in Payroll schemas PCRs wage types and statutory compliance (PF ESI PT IT)
Experience in Time Management Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
Involved in end-to-end payroll processing payroll reconciliation and year-end activities
Worked on payroll schemas retro calculations and off-cycle payroll runs
Good exposure to SAP HCM integration with FI and other modules
Experience in incident handling production support and payroll issue resolution
Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and localization requirements for India
Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
