Job Description

Job Title - Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

Experience - 7 - 15 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirement:-

7-12 years of strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 HCM & US Payroll
Hands-on expertise in Core HR Payroll Absence Performance Management
End-to-end US Payroll configuration: earnings deductions taxes balances costing retro
Strong experience with US Payroll statutory processes - W2 Payslips Statement of Earnings Year-End
Fast Formulas (Payroll & Absence) - build debug enhance.
Deep knowledge of Pay Run Results Payroll & HRMS tables.
Advanced PL/SQL SQL tuning Shell scripting.
Strong experience in Concurrent Programs Request Sets BI/XML Publisher.
Hands-on with Reports Forms XML/BI Templates.
Experience in Payroll Data Mart / Historical Reporting ETL & analytics.
Strong understanding of US Payroll Tax regulations (Federal State Local).
Exposure to integrations (APIs Open Interfaces SFTP RICEW).
Experience in full-cycle implementations UAT production support.
