Job Summary
Role Summary
The Business Operations Professional is responsible forend-to-end operational governanceacross accounts clusters and programs. The role ensurespredictable delivery operations financial hygiene capacity readiness AI value realization tracking and growth enablement while acting as thesingle source of truth for leadership customers and GTM stakeholders.This role is execution oriented data driven and outcome focused with strong stakeholder orchestration across Delivery RMO and Leadership.
Strong experience inBusiness Operations / Program Operations / PMO
Proven ability to managecomplex multistakeholder environments
High financial and commercial acumen
Excellent executive communication and data storytelling skills
Comfortable operating ataccount cluster and leadership levels
Responsibilities
Trackprojected revenue and marginon a weekly basis
Owntimelyinvoicing system uploads and customer issuance
Monitorinvoice payments credit holds and dispute resolution
ManageFWR / WAR /Zero Dollarinitiation tracking and reporting
TrackT&E andaccountrelatedexpenseswith variance insights
Drivecapacity planning and onboarding executionin alignment with demand
Coordinate withRMOon capacity fulfilment and reporting
OwnDPO managementfor budget and assignment scheduling
Tracktimecard submissionsand compliance reporting
Managebench visibility andutilizationtracking
