Job Summary

Overview

The Workday
Configurator will support configuration and ongoing maintenance of
Workday modules in line with business and client requirements.
Key
Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday
modules (Core HCM and related functional areas)

Translate business requirements into system configurations

Support testing activities (unit testing UAT support)

Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide ongoing
support

Collaborate closely with client managers and functional stakeholders

Required
Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in Workday
configuration

Strong understanding of HCM business processes

Experience working with large enterprise clients

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
