Workday Analyst
Job Summary
Configure maintain and optimize Workday Compensation functionalities to align with business needs and compensation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to compensation plans grades salary structures and bonus/incentive programs collaborating with HRIT and stakeholders as needed.
Partner with HR Total Rewards and business leaders to gather requirements and implement process improvements within Workday Compensation.
Manage compensation workflows templates and settings to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Analyze compensation data and system usage to identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation.
Stay informed on Workday releases and updates evaluating new functionalities and recommending adoption strategies to improve compensation operations
