CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the India Onshore business
- Assist in managing brand partnerships sponsorship initiatives and strategic collaborations
- Support the delivery of high quality client engagement platforms including events cultural partnerships and thought leadership forums
- Assist with advertising and brand visibility initiatives across relevant channels
- Support public relations and internal communications initiatives
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders global marketing teams and external agencies on marketing initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A marketing professional with 5 to 8 years of experience preferably within private banking luxury brands or other premium client focused industries
Private banking exposure will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning client journeys and reputation management
Ability to conceptualise and support the execution of high quality client engagement initiatives including events and partnerships
Understanding of brand management and marketing campaigns within a premium client environment
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders agencies and external partners
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple initiatives simultaneously
Interest in financial markets and the evolving needs of ultra high net worth clients
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisational structure and collaborate with colleagues across functions and levels of seniority
Comfortable working with senior bankers and internal stakeholders while supporting marketing and communications initiatives
Strong project management capability with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams
Resilient personality with the ability to deliver under pressure and within tight timelines
Flexible with working hours when required to support campaigns client events and business initiatives
Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills will be an advantage
Ability to leverage modern tools including AI and emerging technologies to enhance client engagement brand reach and effectiveness
