Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide accurate and timely information

- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and properties in order to effectively assist clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs

- Update and maintain client records in our database

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service

- Meet or exceed daily call volume and performance metrics

- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Must be able to work full-time including weekends and evenings if needed
