Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in person over the phone and via email

- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about properties services and processes

- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties

- Maintain and update client databases and records

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process

- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to clients

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and preparing documents

- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
