Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues

- Maintain client records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and assist with any administrative tasks

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better assist clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
