As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls from clients and potential clients. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients while also promoting our companys services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide information about our companys services and products to potential clients

- Schedule appointments for clients with our real estate agents

- Follow up with clients and potential clients to ensure their needs are being met

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive overall customer experience

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus but not required

- Must be able to work full-time including weekends and evenings if needed
