Werecurrently seeking a passionate and proactive Transition Coach tojoin our Specialised Support team in this roleyoull provide culturally responsive practical support thatempowers young people to build safe stable and fulfillingfutures.

Whatwill a typical day look like

• Assist young people in finding a safe and affordable place to live.
• Support young people in gaining access to legal advice when needed.
• Support access to training preparation for employment and resume writing.
• Support young people to understand management of finances and entitlements.
• Facilitate goal-setting and personal development

MandatoryRequirements:

• Certificate IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention/Community Services or equivalent.

• A strong communicator able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

OtherRequirements:

• Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
• Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
