Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator / Owners Assistant to support daily office operations and assist company leadership. This role is key to maintaining an efficient workplace by handling administrative tasks coordinating schedules and supporting internal teams.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to company owners and leadership
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Assist with marketing advertising and uniform coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails mail etc.)
Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
Prepare reports presentations and other documentation
Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks
Assist Safety Department with reports and general admin duties
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or office management experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
Office-based position in a professional setting
Regular interaction with staff leadership and external partners
