Performance Objectives for Year One

Objective 1: Strategic Blueprinting & Orchestration Within your first 6 months audit the existing enterprise landscape and translate the regional business strategy into a multi-year technology roadmap. This roadmap must demonstrably align local operational needs with global scalability standards.
Objective 2: Executive Influence & Partnership Establish yourself as a trusted strategic partner to the board. By the end of year one move beyond order taking to secure full sponsorship for three enterprise-wide initiatives that fundamentally shift how the organization interacts with its supply chain and customer base.
Objective 3: Value-Driven Governance Take full ownership of a multi-million dollar Capex/Opex portfolio. Implement a rigorous value-realization framework ensuring that every strategic project delivers a minimum 15% improvement in operational throughput or comparable cost-efficiency within 12 months of rollout.
Objective 4: Scalable Innovation & Radical Automation Evaluate emerging technologies (AI Autonomous Operations Predictive Analytics) to identify and pilot two disruptive solutions that solve legacy bottlenecks in the global production or logistics ecosystem.
Objective 5: Talent & Change Leadership Lead a shift in organizational culture by transitioning a traditional technology group into a high-velocity Agile-led solutions team. You will be responsible for defining the new standard of what excellence looks like for strategic delivery.
