Fianance Manager

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role reporting directly to the Group CFO ensuring the financial health and integrity of a key dealership entity within a growing group.

We are looking for a strategic Finance Manager to take full ownership of the entire accounting function for one of our high-volume dealership entities. This role is crucial for driving business performance through accurate reporting stringent internal controls and proactive financial management. You will be instrumental in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership. • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to the CFO and Dealer Principals.
• Manage the full accounting function including general ledger and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate daily bank reconciliations and cashbook management.
• Oversee debtor accounts and drive collections within agreed credit terms.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and deal cost records identifying anomalies.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and company policies.
• Support audit processes ensuring internal and external audit readiness.
• Oversee procurement and supplier management processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs customers suppliers staff and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and support junior admin and bookkeeping staff.
