Workforce Development (WFD) Instructor HVAC

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engaging Instructor of HVAC to join our instructional team on a part time as needed this role you will deliver high quality technical training that prepares adult learners for careers in heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration.

The ideal candidate brings hands on experience in installation troubleshooting and system diagnostics. This position supports workforce development efforts by preparing learners for employment and industry credentials.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associate degree in HVAC or related field
- 5 years of HVAC industry experience
- EPA certification required

Licensing Requirements:

- EPA certification required
- Valid Drivers License (A valid drivers license is required. Travel within the Central Pennsylvania region may be necessary.)

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience teaching or training adult learners preferred
