Your work profile

1. Procurement Negotiations:Lead negotiations for price commercial terms liabilities penalties and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
2. Contract Management:Manage the end-to-end contract process including renewals terminations amendments and tracking key milestones utilizing CLM software.
3. Risk Mitigation:Analyze contract terms for hidden risks identifying commercial liabilities and developing mitigation strategies
4. Supplier Relations & Compliance:Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters maintaining positive relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance with contract agreements.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with legal finance and procurement teams to align contract terms with organizational goals and financial requirements.

Key skills required

1. Experience:35 years of direct experience in procurement contract management.
2. P2P and MS Excel Advance experience required.
3. Contractual Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement regulations contract documents.
4. Education: UG and above
