Build your Career with an Industry Leaderat our Shared Services Centrein a global leader in premium label solutions our purpose is to deliver the worlds best label solutions that help our customers build their brands while adding value to our employees our shareholders and the communities in which we you share our vision and believe that you could contribute to the success of our company we look forward to hearing from you!Job HighlightsHybrid Working ArrangementConducive Working EnvironmentLearning & DevelopmentJob Responsibilities:Inventories ProcessEnsure verification of inventories subledger existence classification and valuation stock count adjustments are challenged and analyse and report root local business units of inventories reserves and analyse and report root -end CloseWork with local business unit Controller to ensure subledgers are closed off in timely manner to assist the financial close conformance to cut-off procedures for purchase and revenue month-end journals are prepared in accordance with Company accounting policies and conform with local and US accounting standards/ sheet reconciliation Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled to subledger and any significant variances reported in accordance with Company Reporting Internal & ExternalAttain familiarity with Company accounting policies and all applicable GAAP / accounting standards / tax laws and familiarity with available reports from Radius SAP Hyperion or any accounting or ERP system used by Company and support local business unit Controller with GL account and discuss with local business unit Controller on procedures to clear aged items in balance sheet the audit process by managing expectations and providing schedules on a timely any other duties as assigned by the Team Manager and/or Team Requirements:Degree in Accounting/Finance Business Administration or equivalent with professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA) fresh graduates are encouraged to in both spoken and written strong interpersonal and communication analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions Able to multi-task pay attention to details thrives in fast-paced who has Shared Services Centre (SSC) experience is an added to work EMEA afternoon shift especially applicants who can legally live and work in Malaysia will be considered
