Role Purpose
As a Process & Continuous Improvement Coordinator you will lead optimization initiatives ensuring that business processes are efficient scalable and aligned with strategic objectives.
Your role will be key in strengthening a culture of continuous improvement where decisions are driven by data clear standards and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate process change requests ensuring a positive operational impact
Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
Coordinate strategic projects managing scope timelines and execution
Oversee the implementation of approved initiatives ensuring tangible results
Define monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs)
Lead the Continuous Improvement Committee aligning stakeholders and supporting decision-making
Ensure the update and compliance of the operational model and controls at a regional level
Manage key documentation (processes policies control matrices)
Work cross-functionally with all areas of the organization
Support automation and operational efficiency initiatives (RPA digitalization etc.)
What are we looking for
A structured analytical and results-driven professional capable of turning processes into strategic business tools.
Someone who not only identifies improvements but also implements them and measures their impact.
Key Requirements
4 years of experience in processes continuous improvement or project management
Degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related fields
Yellow Belt certification (experience with Lean methodologies is a plus)
Experience in process management and organizational diagnostics
Proficiency in tools such as Excel Power BI and basic knowledge of RPA
Intermediate English level
Experience managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills organization and execution focus
